WordPress and included plugins for our website, http://jody16acres.com:
- WordPress – This site has been created through WordPress. By default, WordPress itself does not collect any personal data. However, this site does use several plugins. The data they collect are listed in the following points.
- The Thesis Theme – At this time, the documentation available for this theme does not include a definition of personal data collection / use. - Ajax Event Calendar – Although this plugin is active, it is not in use. This plugin will be replaced in future versions of this website.
- Contact Form 7 – The plugin itself does not track your personal data. However, the forms built using this plugin can collect your data (please see our page-specific area, below).
- Facebook – This plugin will be replaced in future versions of this site. The documentation available for this plugin does not include a definition of personal data use. We will be updating this policy once more information becomes available. Use of the plugin is defined in or page-specific area.

The pages for our website, http://jody16acres.com:
- The Home page makes use of the Facebook plugin in three ways. Until more documentation is forthcoming, it is unknown if any additional information is collected or used by the Facebook plugin.
- Clicking the Like button causes your Facebook picture to be added to the web page. If you are currently logged in to Facebook, your picture will appear underneath the Like button. If you are not logged in, the plugin will pull up the Facebook login page.
- You can also click the Share button. At this point, you are directed to Facebook to either share something about 16 Acres, or to log in.
- You can also click the Sign Up link (next to the Share button). This also directs you to Facebook to create a new profile.
- The Contact Us Page includes a form for Your Name, Your Email, a Subject and Your Message. Data collected from this form is emailed to us. We do not share information with third party vendors, unless express written permission is given. However, no web site or email system is perfect. It is highly advised that you do not include personally identifying information, other than a first name and email address.
- Each page has a sidebar with additional links, where you can navigate to our Facebook page, that of our Google Maps location, or to other various sites. This documentation does not cover the data collected or used by the other sites. Click on these links at your own risk.
